All in-ear monitors and accessories go through multiple quality checks, so we guarantee a flawless condition of every shipment that leaves our warehouse. Keep in mind that all Zeitgeist Germany in-ears are unique by nature, so they may differ from the advertised units in texture, colour and finish.

The warranty covers technical and material faults of the in-ears only. It does not cover the cable, the box and the eartips, or issues due to improper use of the in-ears (e.g. scratches, dings, overly loud signal).
